Returns & delivery

All ZB pieces are individual, handmade pieces and as such are very delicate.

Please do try to minimise contact with cosmetics to avoid damage and extend their lives. we recommend gently handwashing each item (unless we specifically advise to dry clean).

We cannot accept responsibility for tarnishing or discolouration of trims as a result of chemical contact. Please see further care instructions in our FAQs.

Returns & Refunds Policy

• All items are carefully checked before being dispatched. If the item is faulty on arrival please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the goods, please include photographic evidence in your message.

• Damage due to negligence and caused by general wear and tear is the responsibility of the owner.​

• If you need to make a return, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. 

• We regret we cannot refund or exchange items that don't reach us safely, so please choose a signed for service.

Shipping

• Shipping is £4.95 flat rate for Royal Mail.

• All of our pieces come packaged in beautiful ZB designer packaging

• Free shipping applies to all orders of £180 and over.

• UK public holidays and sales periods will affect dispatch dates.
